Hawaii Official COVID-19 Contacts

Help Desk & Frequently Asked Questions

Editor's Note:

As you may know, the Hawaii response to COVID-19 by the different counties/islands has created a patchwork of emergency rules, orders, travel restrictions, and proclamations. Naturally, we recognize this may cause some confusion to visitors. We've included contact information, useful links, and additional resources below that should help potential Hawaii travelers with their questions.

Hawaii's re-opening has honestly been an evolving process with regular rule/pre-test changes and a frequent 'drip-drip-drip' of ongoing updates. We recognize these updates and changes can confuse potential travelers, and we want to reassure our readers that we are continuing to closely monitor this situation. We will regularly provide additional updates, from official sources, on this website as more information becomes available to us. We also encourage our readers to sign up for our weekly emails on Hawaii Travel updates and other developments.
